PagerDuty Toolkit

The PagerDuty toolkit lets LLMs interact with PagerDuty via Arcade, enabling incident management, on-call visibility, and team/service introspection through natural language or automated workflows.

Capabilities

  • Incident lifecycle: Retrieve individual incidents or list them with filters (status, urgency, service, team, time range); acknowledge, resolve/reopen, or reassign incidents to specific users.
  • Activity & audit: Fetch log entries (the account-wide activity feed) covering triggers, acknowledgments, escalations, and resolutions.
  • On-call & scheduling: List current on-call entries and schedules to determine who is responsible at any point in time.
  • Services & escalation policies: Look up or list services (with name search) and escalation policies to understand routing configuration.
  • Teams & users: List or retrieve teams (with members and linked resources), list or search users by name/email, and fetch the authenticated user's own profile with contact and notification details.

OAuth

This toolkit uses OAuth 2.0 via PagerDuty. See the Arcade PagerDuty auth provider docs for setup instructions.
