Figma Toolkit
Arcade's Figma toolkit lets LLMs interact with Figma designs, comments, components, and team libraries through the Figma REST API.
Capabilities
- File & page inspection: Retrieve file structure, pages, and specific nodes (with optional raw paint/style/variable data) without loading entire documents.
- Image export: Export frames and nodes as images via temporary download URLs (valid ~14 days).
- Comments: Read, add, and reply to comments on files, with pagination support.
- Components & component sets: Fetch metadata and browse published components and variant groups from individual files or team libraries.
- Styles: Retrieve published style metadata from files or team libraries.
- Team & project navigation: List teams' projects, project files, and the authenticated user's profile.
OAuth
This toolkit uses OAuth 2.0 via the Figma auth provider. Arcade manages the OAuth flow; see the provider page for configuration details.
